Nathan Figg has a diverse work history, starting as a Training Specialist in the Army National Guard from 2001 to 2007. During this time, they completed over 70 convoy security missions and supported the Army's sustainment structure. Following this, they worked as a Fitness Manager and Master Trainer at NYSC Town Sports International from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they provided leadership and direction to a team of trainers and instructors, developed marketing strategies, and implemented social media and marketing initiatives. In 2014, Nathan founded Training Amigo, where they served as CEO until 2019. As CEO, they led the company in developing and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a SaaS health and wellness technology organization. Currently, Nathan is the Founder and CEO of Woliba, where they continue to provide strategic leadership and guidance in driving the company's objectives and initiatives.

Nathan Figg obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business between the years 2020 and 2021. Nathan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The City University of New York. In addition, Nathan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the same field from Queens College.
