Kaushik HS has been working in the IT industry since 2019. In 2019, they were a Business Development Executive at BYJU'S, where they gained knowledge in identifying Key Performance Indicators, Marketing strategy and Brand Positioning. Kaushik also worked as an IT Specialist at Goutam Associates, where they managed Windows Server roles and responsibilities and provided all-around server support. In 2021, Kaushik became a Co-Founder of Nioneer, a platform designed to aid career seekers. At Nioneer, they formulated the company's vision, goals, and objectives, and hired and trained new employees. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Wolken Software.
