Shashi Kiran

Shashi Kiran has over 20 years of experience in the field of training and development. Shashi began their career in 1996 as Member Support Staff at ACTS, CDAC, Bangalore, where they managed a team, evaluated faculty and examinations, and marketed courses. In 2004, they joined Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited as Manager of Learning & Development, where they were responsible for training, soft skills training, and process related training. In 2011, they joined Wells Fargo India as Manager of Learning & Development, where they provided end to end program delivery support related to Learning & Development initiatives. Later that same year, they joined ABB as Manager of Training & Development. In 2015, they joined Caterpillar India Private Limited as Training Manager for the Asia Pacific Human Services, where they were responsible for deployment of Caterpillar Production Systems training and designing and delivering leadership development programs. Finally, in 2016, they joined Wolken Software as Senior Vice President and then Vice President.

Shashi Kiran has an education history that includes a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2006-2008, a B.Sc in Computer Science from Bangalore University from 1991-1994, and an Advanced PostGraduate Diploma in Computers and Information Management from UPTRON-ACL in Bangalore from 1991-1994.
