Sivagandhi Srinivasan

Sivagandhi Srinivasan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President-Customer Success at Wolken Software, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they served as Vice President-Operations (West) at Sify Technologies Limited from June 2015 to December 2019. They also held the role of Vice President - Customer Service Operations at Reliance Communications from April 2005 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager- Professional Managed Services at Diebold Nixdorf from October 2004 to March 2005. They also served as a Program Manager at Hughes Communications India Limited from March 2001 to September 2004. Before that, they were an Area Sales Manager at Onward Technologies Limited from May 1988 to February 2001. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Sruja Marketing Services pvt. Limited from July 1987 to April 1988. Lastly, they began their career as a Research And Development Engineer at Sears Electronics Limited from September 1985 to June 1987.

Sivagandhi Srinivasan's education history starts with completing an SSLC degree at St. Ann's Higher Secondary School in 1982. Then, in 1985, Sivagandhi obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Bhaktavatsalam Polytechnic, Kancheepuram.

Moving forward, Sivagandhi pursued a Diploma in Marketing Management from Ahmedabad Management Association in 1997. In 2003, Sivagandhi participated in an executive development program at XLRI Jamshedpur focused on Strategic Marketing Management.

Continuing the educational journey, Sivagandhi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2004.

Finally, in 2012, Sivagandhi successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Telecommunications Management from Annamalai University.
