Elissa Giraldi

Elissa Giraldi is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employment relations and organizational development. Currently serving as an Employment Relations Partner for Strategic Projects and previously as an Organizational Development Business Partner at Wollongong City Council since July 2018, Elissa has developed key strategic initiatives in the public sector. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Business Partner at South32 from May 2015 to June 2018 and several positions at BHP from November 2010 to April 2015, ranging from Human Resources Advisor to Human Resources Administrator. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Wollongong, earned between 2007 and 2011.
