John Truong

John Truong is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving at Wollongong City Council since September 2020, John has previously contributed to Mercer Australia, Pillar Administration, and Eyecare Plus Wollongong in similar roles. Additionally, John has a background in business analysis at QBE LMI and experience as a Business Information Analyst at Express Data. Early in their career, John worked as a Data Entry Operator at MIA International. John holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Secure Distributed Systems and Electronic Commerce from the University of Wollongong, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
