Kate Rintoul

Kate Rintoul is a seasoned professional in strategic planning and design leadership, currently serving as the Coordinator of Strategic Planning at Wollongong City Council since July 2017. With a diverse background, Rintoul has held roles such as Strategic Project Officer at Wollongong City Council, Sessional Academic at the University of Sydney, and Sessional Design Tutor at UNSW for the Masters of Architecture program. Rintoul's previous experience includes serving as Principal at Rooftop Design Studio, Senior Advisor at the Land and Housing Corporation, and Design & Project Architect at the Government Architect's Office. Rintoul began a career as a Project Officer at NSW Public Works. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Urban Policy and Strategy from UNSW, a Bachelor of Architecture with first-class honors from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution.
