Sarah Leussink

Sarah Leussink is a seasoned Community Development Worker at Wollongong City Council, where responsibilities encompass the development and implementation of Disability Inclusion Action and Ageing Plans, leading project teams, and fostering community engagement. With a history of roles including Acting Infrastructure Strategy Engineer and Strategic Project Officer, Sarah has conducted social research on affordable housing needs to shape housing strategies. Previous experience as Healthy Communities Project Officer involved managing a $700,000 grant-funded project aimed at combating obesity through strong stakeholder relationships.
