Fermín Larrarte

Fermín Larrarte is the current General Counsel at Wolox. Prior to this, they were Regional Manager and Senior Manager at Accenture from July 2021 to May 2022. There, they were responsible for setting the strategy and growth objectives of a key account, contributing to sales and revenue growth with USD 5.000.000. Fermín also coordinated a team of 60 people and was responsible for P&L and budget definition. Additionally, they represented Accenture in the Argentine Chamber of Software Development Industry (CESSI) as Board Member.

From May 2017 to July 2021, Larrarte served as General Counsel at Wolox. In this role, they were C- Level in charge of the in-house legal department and the Compliance Program, acting as Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Fermín was also responsible for the company’s legal structure, equity financing, cross-border investment, and the legal strategy of the international expansion.

Before their time at Wolox, Larrarte worked as a law and business consultant from May 2016 to May 2017. Fermín also served as Chief Operating Officer at Grupo Provincia S.A. from December 2011 to February 2016.

Fermín Larrarte has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IAE Business School. Fermín also has a degree in Banking Law from the University of Buenos Aires and is a registered Notary. Fermín is also an Attorney, having graduated from Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
