Maximiliano H. Raimondi

Maximiliano H. Raimondi is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Wolox. Maximiliano has over fifteen years of experience in finance and accounting, and has held previous positions as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Grupo Monarca and WOBI.

At Wolox, Maximiliano is responsible for the financial organization at a global level, strategic planning, financial planning and treasury, M&A, financial and accounting reports with business indicators, the Group’s general and consolidated accounting processes, tax planning, clients and suppliers management, IT, restructuring and reorganization.

During their time at Grupo Monarca, Maximiliano was able to increase the company’s EBITDA by USD 4M in just three years. Maximiliano was also responsible for redefining processes and discontinuing non-profitable products, as well as expanding the brand into new areas such as Australia and Hong Kong.

At WOBI, Maximiliano was responsible for issuing consolidated accounting statements based on IFRS standards in 2007, and on US GAAPS standards as of 2011 (including SAB101 and SOP97-2). Maximiliano also oversaw the implementation of SAP as the ERP for the Americas region, as well as the definition and implementation of management reports at a global level.

Maximiliano has a proven track record of successfully leading finance and accounting teams through periods of growth and change. Maximiliano is an expert in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and business optimization.

Maximiliano H. Raimondi has a Bachelor in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Colegio Manuel Belgrano HHMM. Maximiliano also has a MBA in Business & Administration from Universidad del CEMA. Furthermore, they are a Certified Public Accountant in Finance & Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'​. Lastly, they have an Upper Management - PDD Program in Business & Management from IAE Business School.
