Cecil Phillips

Cecil Phillips has been working as a Credit Manager at Wolseley since July 2008, and for Ferguson Enterprises since 2008. Prior to their current positions, CECIL earned two associate degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Marketing from Midlands Technical College between 1975 and 1978.
