Kai Mannion

Kai Mannion is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner at Wolseley UK since October 2023. Previously, Kai was a Learning and Development Specialist at TRIAGE CENTRAL LIMITED, where responsibilities included acting as L&D Lead and managing staff to enhance learning solutions across the organization. With a solid foundation in L&D strategy development at Ingeus, Kai collaborated closely with senior management to align initiatives with business goals. Early career experiences include roles in account management and teaching, with a focus on skills development for youth and training programs. Kai holds a PGCE in English with Drama from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Northumbria University.
