Ankita Tomar

Ankita Tomar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in engineering and product recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Wolt since August 2025, Ankita has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Distribusion Technologies and Vinted / Kleiderkreisel. Additionally, Ankita contributes as a mentor at the Mentoring Club, guiding fellows on career development and interview preparation. Previous experience includes significant positions at Zalando SE, UBS, Lundbeck, as well as Capex Realty, where Ankita managed full-cycle recruitment processes. Ankita holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from IILM and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Delhi University.
