Annina Koskinen

Annina Koskinen is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Senior Design Lead of Engagement and Growth Customer Experience at Wolt since September 2024, Annina previously held prominent roles at Spotify from November 2014 to June 2024, including Principal Designer and Design Director, where significant projects included launching Spotify in India and redesigning the Free tier. Prior to Spotify, Annina worked at Microsoft as a Senior Interaction Designer focusing on casual productivity experiences for Surface tablets, and held several design roles at Nokia, contributing to the differentiation of Lumia smartphones and leading design for various Windows Phone applications. Annina's academic background includes multiple degrees in technology, usability, and cognitive science from prestigious institutions such as Aalto University and the University of Helsinki.
