Daniel Furbach

Daniel Furbach is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in global merchant and courier operations, currently serving as Manager of Global Merchant Operations at Wolt since August 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Stuart from February 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the activation experience for applicants and couriers, optimizing processes for efficiency, and enhancing funnel efficiencies as a Global Operations Manager and previously as a Courier Operations Manager. Daniel's earlier experience includes a position as Business Improvement Manager at Acacium Group, focusing on digital transformation and operational productivity, and multiple roles at Menzies Aviation, culminating in the role of Systems Change Manager, where Daniel facilitated the integration of business systems across the EMEAI region.
