Felipe Saito

Felipe Saito serves as the Workforce Management Tooling Lead at Wolt since October 2025, leading the global strategy for workforce management that impacts over 5,000 agents. Prior to Wolt, Felipe held multiple roles at Wise from March 2019 to September 2025, including Project Manager, where a new Lean Project Cycle framework was established, and as a Senior Product Specialist, achieving significant improvements in service level agreements and agent satisfaction. Felipe’s career also includes positions at Elektro and NET Serviços de Comunicação, focusing on project development and financial analysis. Felipe possesses a Master's degree in Business Design from Domus Academy and multiple qualifications in management, innovation, and finance.
