Heikki Lavanti

Heikki Lavanti is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Wolt since June 2023, Heikki previously held roles at Smartly.io as Lead Engineer and Software Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of Facebook campaign management tools. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Software Developer at Midaxo, Software Architect at Elisa, and various managerial roles at Telia Company. Heikki began a career in engineering at Tellabs, Airbus Defence and Space, and Nokia Networks. Holding a Master’s degree in Data Networks from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, Heikki has demonstrated expertise in a range of technologies and has effectively led teams in delivering successful software solutions.
