Iain Simpson

Iain Simpson is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Head of Engineering for Consumer Apps at Wolt since January 2019, Iain previously held key engineering roles at Zalando SE and Boogie Software Oy, focusing on iOS application design and development. Iain's earlier career at Nokia spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included technical product ownership and leading software initiatives in multimedia and camera applications. Holding a B.Eng.(Hons.) in Electronic Engineering from The University of Sheffield, Iain has a strong foundation in technical leadership, project management, and consulting on leading-edge software solutions.
