Johan Areskoug

Johan Areskoug is an experienced professional in global compensation and rewards, currently serving as the VP Rewards & People Development at Wolt since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing compensation policies globally and developing reward strategies. Prior to Wolt, Johan held the position of Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Spotify from January 2016 to October 2021, managing the Global Compensation & Benefits program. Johan's background also includes roles as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Mondelēz International, and various positions at Procter & Gamble and Talentum HR, where responsibilities encompassed labor law compliance, consulting, and leading compensation design initiatives.
