As the owner of Sointu Consulting from March 2017 to November 2020, Nick provided employee experience, culture, and HR consultancy services in Finland and the UK. Nick's career also includes significant positions at Olive Communications UK, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Employee Experience & HR to HR Manager, contributing to rapid business growth through strategic HR initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Shop Direct Group, focusing on employee relations strategy and support during large-scale restructuring, as well as HR positions at Corus, which provided foundational HR skills.
