Sæunn Ingibjörg Marinósdóttir

Sæunn Ingibjörg Marinósdóttir is an experienced operations manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Supply Activation in the North Region at Wolt since April 2023, Sæunn previously held the position of Owner and CEO at Veganmatur ehf from January 2018 to April 2023. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager at Gló veitingar ehf, as well as Head of Trading for Health & Organics and Head of Trading Non-Food at Samkaup hf, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and marketing. Sæunn has also contributed to project management at Innovit, managed a retail store at Karen Millen Iceland, worked as a freelance translator, and served as a business specialist at Mandala. With a robust educational background, Sæunn is pursuing a Master of Science in Management & Leadership at Bifröst University, following earlier degrees in International Business and Business Administration.
