Samuel Tervaskanto

Samuel Tervaskanto is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Wolt since May 2016, Samuel plays a pivotal role in guiding teams to develop successful consumer products. Previous positions at Wolt include Director of Engineering for both Consumer Products and Merchant Products, where responsibilities spanned backend development and feature leadership. Prior experience includes hands-on roles at Elisa, where Samuel contributed as a Service Architect for Finland's popular IPTV service, and as Senior Web & Mobile Developer at Futuremark Corporation. Earlier career highlights include significant architectural contributions at Nokia and software development at Digia. Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Oulu.
