Andre Fankhauser

Andre Fankhauser is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Americas M&A at Wolters Kluwer since January 2015, where involvement spans all aspects of deal making and relationship management. Alongside this role, Fankhauser advises Situs Real Estate on target identification and acquisition, further showcasing expertise in the real estate sector. In addition to these positions, Fankhauser has made significant investments in several companies, including Bombas, Nadine West, Sollis Health, OneClick Code, Terra Kaffe, Soil Connect, Proto Homes, and cleancult since 2014. Fankhauser holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wake Forest University, completed in 2005, following graduation from Byram Hills High School in 2000.
