Cathy Wolfe

A veteran of Wolters Kluwer since 1993, Cathy has held key leadership positions in the U.S. and the U.K., with a track record of delivering strong results and innovation, working across multiple segments of the company’s global portfolio including Health (learning, research & practice, clinical software); Tax (practice management, audit solutions); Legal and Finance (practice management, commercial credit information). Cathy has led numerous large and complex initiatives that have brought digital solutions to market, accelerating our strategy, and transforming our portfolio with acquisitions in new areas such as adaptive learning.

Always customer-focused, Cathy works directly with stakeholders to understand needs and workflows, so her teams can create best-in-class solutions that improve productivity and produce better outcomes. A big believer in the power of collaboration, Cathy’s leadership approach has built strong cross-functional teams to deliver results, while driving customer-centric digital transformation.

Ms. Wolfe earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA degree in English from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
