Miguel Garcia

Miguel Garcia is an experienced professional with a strong background in consumer relations and team management. Currently serving as the Consumer Relations Team Leader at Wolverine Worldwide since May 2021, Miguel oversees a team of six, focuses on operational efficiency, and acts as a liaison among departments to enhance procedures and sales. Prior to this role, Miguel was a Consumer Relations Advisor, efficiently addressing customer issues and inquiries. Experience includes a supervisory role at Nando’s UK & IRE, managing team shifts and resolving customer complaints, as well as running an independent second-hand bookshop. Miguel holds a Graduate Certificate in Aesthetic Theory and Contemporary Art from Universidad de Málaga and a Licenciatura in Philosophy.
