Gerrit Haas

Gerrit Haas is a seasoned professional in product development, service design, and user experience, currently serving as Jefe de Procesos y Mejora Continua Comercial and Lead UX Research and Service Design at WOM Chile since June 2021. With prior experience as Head of Product at Beetrack and in various roles at WOM, including Service Design Lead and UX Lead, Gerrit has demonstrated a track record of building innovative products and enhancing user experiences. Notable achievements include leading the Cuprum app design at Principal Financial Group, which won accolades for its excellence. Gerrit holds a Bachelor of Computer Graphic Design from The University of Waikato and has completed further studies in Service Design and UX.
