Sally Mueller has extensive experience in the retail and consumer product industries. Sally began their career in 1987 at Target Corporation as a Senior Marketing Executive, where they spent the first decade in Apparel Merchandising and the last decade in Marketing. During their time at Target, they led many of the brand's most important campaigns, such as the Sign of the Times campaign and the Design for All campaign. In 2011, they joined Cherokee Inc. as Chief Brand Officer, setting up the new division leading Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, and New Business Initiatives. Sally also helped lead Liz Lange and Tony Hawk brand acquisitions. In 2014, Sally became the Chief Executive Officer of Whyse Branding, which specialized in retail and brand innovation to build brands consumers love. Sally created Toca Boca's consumer products line, which launched exclusively at all Target stores. In 2017, Sally joined Clique Brands as Chief Brand Officer, where they launched and built Who What Wear collection into a global brand generating +$400M in retail sales globally since the 2016 launch. Finally, in 2021, Sally became the Co-Founder and CEO of Womaness, an early-stage company focused on creating and delivering innovative products for women pre to post-menopausal, sold via e-commerce and at Target.
Sally Mueller obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business. Additionally, they earned a certification in Managing Multiple Generations from LinkedIn in July 2020.
