Jean-Jacques Mondoloni

Jean-Jacques (John) Mondoloni serves as the Managing Partner at Wombat Capital, a cross-border investment banking and strategic advisory firm established in January 2009, with a focus on M&A, debt and equity financing, valuation, joint ventures, and strategic alliances within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Prior to this role, Jean-Jacques held positions as Managing Director at Morgen, Evan & Company, and as Chairman of the Healthcare Group at Oaklins. Additionally, Jean-Jacques has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at IFAG, focusing on capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, and served as President of the French-speaking Executive Club Executifs212 in New York.
