Cynthia Pruitt

Cynthia Pruitt began their work experience as a Marketing Manager at Flint Trading, Inc. in 1994 and worked there until 1998. Cynthia then joined Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP in 1998 as a Director of Compensation, where they provided leadership in organizational development and streamlined various processes. In 2009, they transitioned to Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and held roles such as Director of Compensation and Chief Talent Officer. In their current role as Chief Talent Officer, they offer coaching, career development, and training programs while focusing on talent management and retention strategies for the law firm.

Cynthia Pruitt attended Glenn High School from 1986 to 1990. Cynthia then pursued a bachelor's degree in Communications at Appalachian State University from 1990 to 1994, obtaining a B.A. degree.
