Lori Patton

Lori Patton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lori started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Solicitor and Career Criminal Prosecutor at the Solicitor's office in Greenville County, South Carolina. From 1998 to 2003, they served as Vice President of Government Affairs at Newsouth Communications. In 2003, they joined Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP as the Chief Recruiting Officer, responsible for recruiting talented attorneys and staff. Lori held this role for an unspecified duration. In 2003, they also began working as Of Counsel at Womble Carlyle until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Director of Leadership and Professional Development at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP. Later, in 2012, they became the Chief Learning Officer at Womble Bond Dickinson U.S. until 2018.

Lori Patton has a BA with honors in Business Administration from Wesleyan College. Lori also holds a JD degree from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law. In 2017, Lori obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and became a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach through Gallup.
