William Hubbard is a Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where William also serves as the Director of the Center for the Law of Intellectual Property and Technology since September 2009. Previously, William held the position of Senior Counsel at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP starting in October 2016 and worked as a Senior Associate at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2004 to August 2009. Additionally, William gained experience as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from August 2003 to August 2004. William earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School from 2000 to 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from Dartmouth College from 1993 to 1997.
