Wombs of the World Foundation The Wombs of the World Foundation exists to fund, support, and sustain global maternal health initiatives rooted in cultural wisdom and reproductive justice. We believe that every birthing person deserves access to safe, respectful, and community-centered care, no matter where they live. As the nonprofit arm of Wombs of the World, our foundation focuses on supporting birthworkers and maternal health projects in under-resourced areas around the world. Through grants, scholarships, strategic partnerships, and collaborative programming, we work to dismantle the systemic inequities that put birthing people at risk. Our foundation supports: ✧ Community-led maternal health projects in Tanzania, South Africa, Ecuador, and Mexico ✧ Scholarships for aspiring doulas and midwives from underserved communities ✧ Culturally relevant birth education materials for clinics and families ✧ Infrastructure for international training programs and summits ✧ Research and documentation efforts to preserve ancestral knowledge We are currently seeking aligned partners, sponsors, and funders to expand our impact and bring culturally competent, life-saving birth care to more communities worldwide. Birth justice is global. Our work ensures it is also accessible, sustainable, and rooted in culture.
