Megan Munn is a Business Development Manager for LMC, an international talent consultancy dedicated to the Climate Technology sector, with a focus on connecting top talent to organizations advancing decarbonisation in the Built Environment. Megan also serves as the City Lead for Women and Climate, promoting a supportive community for women in climate discussions. Previous experience includes roles as a Delivery Consultant at Charlton Morris, specializing in US Architecture and Smart Building Technology, as well as positions at Waitrose & Partners, where Megan managed teams and oversaw compliance. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance Management from the University of Buckingham and has academic qualifications in A Level Biology, Chemistry, and English Literature.

Women and Climate creates a joyful and safe space for more women to learn and talk about climate. Our goal is to help more women get started on their personal and professional climate journey. We are also passionate about giving women climate leaders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts a platform to share their solutions and ideas. Women and Climate is a 501c3 non-profit registered in New York with a growing number of local communities around the world.
