Minal P. is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at LabCycle, the first company to create a circular economy for single-use plastic waste from Safety Level 1&2 labs. With experience as a Research Engineer at National Physical Laboratory and various roles in engineering and outreach, Minal brings a diverse skill set to their work. Minal's educational background includes an MPhil in Micro- and NanoMaterials and Technologies from the University of Surrey.

Women and Climate creates a joyful and safe space for more women to learn and talk about climate. Our goal is to help more women get started on their personal and professional climate journey. We are also passionate about giving women climate leaders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts a platform to share their solutions and ideas. Women and Climate is a 501c3 non-profit registered in New York with a growing number of local communities around the world.
