Zivile Dabasinskiene

Zivile Dabasinskiene serves as the Head of Logistics at HELLA since December 2021, overseeing three complex departments including Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse, while focusing on strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Previously, Zivile held the position of Head of Planning Logistics, leading teams in material planning, sales, distribution, and production planning. Zivile is also a proud member of the Women Automotive Network since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Kitron Group, where Zivile managed customer demand planning and served as an ERP key user, as well as positions at DECORA S.A. and UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ in various sales and business development capacities. Zivile's educational background includes an MBA from Kaunas University of Technology and master's and bachelor's degrees from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
