Jessica Wassenaar is an accomplished nonprofit and operations leader with extensive experience in finance, project management, and organizational strategy. Jessica served as Chief of Staff & Finance at Keep America Beautiful, adeptly overseeing finance and operational needs while successfully transitioning the organization to a remote workforce. As the Founder and Managing Director of Nonprofit Elements, Jessica advised clients in finance and human resources. Jessica's leadership roles include Executive Director at EarthShare of Texas, where a million-dollar budget was managed, and Operations Manager at the Austin Parks Foundation, contributing to significant organizational growth. Jessica’s earlier career spans various project management roles, including positions at Dell, A.T. Kearney, and the Financial Services Roundtable, contributing to technology initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Jessica holds an MBA in Information Technology from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Smith College.
