Laurie Oswald is a true people person at heart. A native of Ft. Lauderdale, she graduated from Purdue University with Engineering degree which led to a lengthy career in the corporate manufacturing and technology industries. These experiences are only part of what she brings to her current roles now as a business owner, thought leader, and philanthropist. Through the course of her life and career, she has gained unique insight into the challenges inherent for diverse professionals at all levels to prioritize, execute, and achieve results while bringing their whole selves to work.
At InteraWorks, she and her team guide the implementation of large-scale development programs that reduce distraction, increase focus on what matters most, and build essential skills for the future of work. The Best Year Yet Foundation galvanizes sponsors and donors to serve those who serve our communities and fund these same development programs for non-profit organizations dedicated to transformation for youth and adults around the world.
