Stephanie Gore is a Transformation Director in KPMG’s Advisory Practice leading large scale transformations across government, federal and state and local. She has 20 years of both government and private industry experience in managing large complex transformations. When it comes to people, processes and IT systems, Stephanie is an enthusiast who engineers leading change management techniques into her client’s organizations, implements effective communication strategies, establishes governance, key performance metrics, and leads technology and transformation initiatives.
As an organization and people builder, Ms. Gore energizes the workforce and develops high performing teams. Ms. Gore provides thought leadership to help Agencies and leaders achieve measurable and sustainable results using cutting edge methods and approaches. As a certified change practitioner, certified facilitator and PMP, Stephanie plans, facilitates and supports offsite meetings and workshops, designs effective training programs and communication campaigns to help her clients advance their priorities and strategic initiatives.
Stephanie is a graduate Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a recipient of several KPMG Awards including the Lean In Female Leadership Award and African American Network “Portraits of Purpose” Award. She is proud to be native Washingtonian, wife, and mom of three dynamic college-aged children.
