Jessica Bussert is the Founder, President, and CEO of Wave Therapeutics, a company dedicated to addressing the significant health challenge of bedsores, impacting over 3 million Americans annually and costing the US economy nearly $11 billion. With a background as a Registered Nurse in emergency care and extensive experience in business consulting as the Managing Consultant at Hitachi Data Systems, Jessica has been instrumental in leading multinational teams and developing strategic consulting services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Jessica holds leadership roles in the WBL Fellows Program and several innovative health and technology initiatives, including mHUB and Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator. Education includes a degree from Purdue University, completed in 1990.
