Lonni Dieck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently, Dieck serves as a member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation, Independent Board Member at SERC Reliability Corporation, and Founding Member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB), along with ongoing contributions as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Member and Board of Directors member at The Women's Fund of Central Ohio. Dieck also holds the position of Board of Trustees member and Treasurer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. Previously, Dieck had a long tenure at American Electric Power, where roles included Senior Vice President and Treasurer, as well as leadership in corporate planning and regulatory case management. Dieck began the professional journey at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Experienced Manager. Academically, Dieck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
