Chrissie Arnold

Chrissie Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership coaching, team facilitation, and organizational development. Since January 2024, Chrissie has been a member of Women Defining AI and has served as Principal at Chrissie Arnold Coaching since July 2022, focusing on one-on-one coaching and workshops. With a long tenure at Slack beginning in April 2015, Chrissie currently directs Future of Work Programs, leveraging research and experimentation to enhance workplace experiences. Previous roles include positions at Future Forum as Director of Advisory Services and various managerial roles at West Coast LEAF, SeriousFun Children's Network, Camp Oochigeas, and Lakefield College School. Chrissie holds a Master of Arts in Educational Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Geography from The University of British Columbia, along with an executive education credential in Leading Organizational Change from The Wharton School.
