Rachel Elliott is an experienced communications professional specializing in global health advocacy, policy analysis, and human rights. Currently serving as a Communications Advisor at Women Deliver since January 2020, Elliott develops and implements communications strategies to advance advocacy efforts. Previous roles include positions at Global Health Strategies, where strategic counsel was provided to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, contributing to critical human rights reporting. Elliott’s background also includes consultancy work redesigning operational models for NGOs and leading initiatives to raise awareness about youth homelessness.
