Jessica Swim

Jessica Swim currently serves as the Advancement Coordinator at Women Employed, where responsibilities include managing a donor database and collaborating with finance teams on donation processes. Previously, experience at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago involved leading educational tours and developing engaging programming, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jessica's background also encompasses management and bartending at D'Agostino's Pizzeria, social media and graphic design for Artemisia - A Chicago Theatre, dramaturgical work with the 20% Theatre Company, and an artistic internship with Collaboraction. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Theatrical Studies and Sociology from Ball State University and a summer internship with the Urban Institute.
