Lauren Bontemps, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Quality and Systems Improvement at the American Heart Association, focusing on enhancing healthcare partnerships in Iowa to improve care for heart attack and stroke patients. In addition to this role, Lauren is a volunteer with the Women Employed Advocacy Council, advocating for educational and employment opportunities for working women. Lauren's previous experience includes positions as a Survey Specialist II at NORC at the University of Chicago, Clinical Research Project Manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Clinical Research Coordinator at Washington University School of Medicine.
