Raven Hargest is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in management and community engagement. Currently serving as Bar Manager at D.S. Tequila since May 2019, Raven has demonstrated strong leadership by fostering an inclusive atmosphere for the LGBTQ+ community, implementing effective accounting practices, and ensuring safety and satisfaction for both patrons and staff. In addition, Raven has been a Leadership Intern at Women Employed since June 2022, focusing on research and advocacy for women of color in banking and workplace accessibility. Prior experience as a Nanny with Sittercity showcased Raven's ability to provide exceptional care for children with disabilities and manage household tasks efficiently. Raven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago.
