Anoushka Mehta

Anoushka is the Founder and Head of Gender Lens Finance (GLF) at HSBC. In this role, Anoushka leverages HSBC’s position and platform to extend financing and resources to women globally. GLF has become HSBC’s business strategy by addressing gender equality as both a social and business imperative.

Anoushka is also the global relationship banker for all Multilateral Development Banks in America. In this role, she oversees transactions across banking products to support emerging market development projects.

She founded HSBC's 'Coaching Circles', an internal mentorship program now being rolled out globally, and is on the US Exec Committee of BALANCE, HSBC’s Gender Equality group.

Anoushka currently serves as a Global Board Member for Women International. She was also invited to WeConnect International’s “Council on Scaling Women-Owned Businesses”. She regularly moderates panels and speaks at industry events on gender equality.

Anoushka was recently included in the INvolve/Yahoo Finance Top 100 Future Female Leader 2020 list.
