Bukola Adeola Onyishi

Over fifteen years ago, Bukola joined Women for Women International – Nigeria as a Field Officer where she supported the identification of program participants and collected monitoring and evaluation data for WfWI’s activities.

In 2003, she pioneered the Business skills training for program participants in Nigeria.

From 2003- 2007, she served as the Financial Officer and then was promoted to Finance and Administration Manager where he developed and enforced control procedures, processed payroll and performed internal audits for the country team.

Since 2007, Bukola has served as Deputy Country Director where she managed country office operations in the areas of Personnel, Financial & Administration, and Programing.

Bukola holds a BSc. In Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and she is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She has completed various professional development trainings from the Allied Computer College, Nigeria, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and the Business School of the Netherlands.
