Zach Richard

Vice President, Partner at Women Impact Tech

Zach Richard's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 2012 onwards, they worked at Andiamo Partners, initially as an Executive Recruiting Specialist, then as a Vice President, Sr. Recruiting Manager, and finally as a Partner, Sr. Director of RPO, People and Delivery. In 2018, they joined Women Impact Tech as the Vice President of Recruiting and Delivery. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Cross Country and Track Coach at Columbia University from 2008 to 2012. Zach also had experience as a Research Assistant at the Columbia University Department of Political Science from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they served as a Constituent Relations Intern for United States Senator John McCain in 2007.

Zach Richard attended Columbia University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in Anthropology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2020.
