Dr. Léa El Samarji

Dr. Léa El Samarji is a distinguished professional specializing in artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Avanade since November 2019. In this role, Dr. El Samarji supports clients in their AI transformation journeys by leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI, while also leading global initiatives in Data & AI services. As a France Ambassador for Women in AI, Dr. El Samarji promotes diversity and inclusion within the field. Previously, Dr. El Samarji held the position of Head of Artificial Intelligence at Société Générale, contributing to digital transformation through AI solutions, and served on the European Commission's Artificial Intelligence Task Force. Dr. El Samarji holds a PhD in Cybersecurity and Data Science from Telecom Bretagne and has authored several scientific publications while being awarded a best paper recognition.
