Suzan Guven

Suzan Guven holds a diverse range of leadership roles, currently serving in Ecosystem Development at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and as Director of Global Partnership Acquisitions at Women in AI. Additional engagements include being a Startup Mentor at Hackquarters and a member of the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review. Guven previously worked as Senior Manager of Strategy Consulting at Knight Frank Middle East, focusing on strategy consultancy for clients in the MENA region. Experience also includes consulting roles at Al-Futtaim Education Foundation, and leadership of global consulting initiatives at Bahcesehir College. Guven is the founder of Fithouse Startup and has held business development roles at Hürriyet E-Business and Enerjisa. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from The University of Manchester, a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University, a Graduate Diploma in Counseling from UCLA, a Master's in Marketing from Istanbul Bilgi University, and secondary education at Robert College.
